i have long been obsessed with making lemon flavoured cakes. from little friands to big lemon and polenta drizzle rounds, i love them all. this recipe combines the tang of yoghurt and lemon with some nice texture from the poppy seeds and sweetness from the icing. enjoy it sliced as an afternoon snack or even as a special breakfast.
